The Saturday Seven: Classic Movie Lines

If you read Friday night's post, you may know that last night a group of us ended up at Melvyn's, enjoying a few cocktails in the lounge. As I was sipping my martini, I was participating in multiple conversations, depending on how I positioned myself and turned my head. This gave me an interesting perspective, almost like changing channels while watching TV. There were several completely different conversations going on and I would tune in on one for a few minutes and then turn my head and jump into another. Aside from having plenty of laughs, there were two conversations where different individuals referenced a line from a film as part of their conversation. Without warning, this movie line was used, with no mention of the film title, but the participants in the conversation understood the reference and laughed along. I realized how "powerful" the silver screen can be. I started thinking about how many memorable movie lines I could remember, which brings me to another edition of: The Saturday Seven: Classic Movie Lines:

Post Script: OK, I admit- this is somewhat of a rehash of a prior Saturday Seven Post, but its such a great topic, and after all I have renovated the site this weekend. Also because I was a little buzzed from the martinis last night, so it was hard to think!
