Yesterday morning I woke up early, with the sheer draperies blowing in the gentle breeze. I slept with the balcony doors open, despite the warm desert night, because I enjoy fresh air. I ate a light breakfast on my private balcony, fresh fruit and berried, a sesame seed bagel and a pot of tea. It was a peaceful way to start the day. Shortly thereafter I went to the Agave Spa, for a massage.
Above left: "The Relaxation Room" in the men's spa & above right: the main hot tub in the men's spa area. It was so early in the morning that no one else was there...so I was able to take these photos. My massage was great, I felt so relaxed afterward.
A few sights of Downtown Phoenix...
Later in the day I explored downtown Phoenix on foot. Above left is a statue of a naked guy reaching up for something...probably his clothes! And above right, a cool building that caught my eye. It was much to hot for me to be walking around Phoenix, so I kept it brief. I enjoyed the visit, but I had to get to the baseball game....
