The past two days I was in St Louis attending a conference on pet food and animal nutrition where I was the keynote speaker. Generally you won't see much here about my work or professional endeavors. I prefer to keep that part of my life separate, so I'll skip the rest of the details. I enjoyed speaking at the conference, because it was an opportunity to interact with nutritionist experts and professionals in the pet food industry.A nice view of the Arch at night:

Well that's all for today's update. I'm headed to the airport now, on my way to Rome, Italy for a long weekend. Then on Monday we head to Civitavecchia, Italy where we set sail for our Mediterranean Cruise!
